Abstract
The book coordinated by Felipe Torres and José Gasca about the situation in the Mexican south-southeast and its possibilities of development as from the implementation of the Puebla-Panama Plan encourages discussion about the analysis strategies that postulate the preeminence of structures or processes of a macro nature over those of a micro character.
