Abstract

It is increasingly accepted that technological learning processes and thegeneration of innovations and their diffusion are an interactive and character processSocial. Therefore, for authors such as Maillat (1996); Maillat and Kebir (1998); Maillat andGrosjean, (1999); Malecki and Oinas (1999); Moulaert and Sekia (1999); Perrin (1991); YVázquez (1999 and 2002), territorial factors have an important impact onactions of entrepreneurial agents. Because it is assumed that the territory is capable ofbuild a certain medium that can stimulate technological learning processes andof innovation, through networks and institutional arrangements that allow interactionboth with local actors and with external agents to the region.
