La frontera como dispositivo de veridicción: producción de subjetividades fallidas en la gestión migratoria contemporánea

Resumen
En el artículo se analiza cómo los dispositivos estatales de veridicción producen subjetividades migrantes fallidas mediante prácticas de sospecha, criterios narrativos y tecnologías de vigilancia. A partir de un enfoque cualitativo y teórico-crítico, se examinan los mecanismos epistémicos que condicionan el acceso a derechos y transforman la movilidad en una cuestión de legibilidad institucional. Se identifican tres procesos centrales: la exigencia de coherencia estética, la digitalización de la verificación y la racialización de la sospecha. Los hallazgos muestran que la frontera opera como filtro de legitimación ontológica y consolidación de exclusión política. Se concluye que los marcos normativos actuales resultan insuficientes para garantizar justicia migratoria efectiva.
